February is Heart Health Awareness Month, and the Rexdale Women's Centre is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair for Newcomers, Permanent Residents, and Convention Refugees on Tuesday, February 17th, from 10 am - 12:30 pm at 21 Panorama Court. Join us to learn about heart health from expert guest speakers, get your blood pressure and blood glucose checked, assess your fitness levels, and participate in fun fitness activities. Wear red to show your support and help raise awareness!
